Reflexology Treatments

Reflexology is far more than a foot massage. This focused, full-hour treatment combines reflex-point mapping and zone therapy with detailed footwork, joint mobilization, gentle stretching, and warm towels infused with a soothing herbal/botantical blend(s).
Reflexology is based on a map of points and zones throughout the feet that traditionally correspond with different regions and systems of the body. Through intentional pressure and rhythmic stimulation, the session encourages deep relaxation, eases tension held within the feet, and supports an overall sense of balance and well-being. The hands and ears may also be incorporated when appropriate.
Areas of tenderness, density, or granular texture--casually referred to as “crunchies”--may receive additional attention. These sensations are not used to diagnose a medical condition; instead, they help guide the session toward areas holding greater sensitivity or restriction.
Because the entire treatment is performed primarily through the feet, reflexology offers a deeply restorative experience without requiring extensive direct work throughout the body. It can be especially appealing when an area feels too sensitive for direct pressure, when the body needs a gentler approach, or when you simply want the benefits of focused therapeutic touch without receiving a traditional massage.
Wade has taught reflexology of the feet and hands, as well as auricular(ear) therapy. Each session draws upon that knowledge while incorporating mobility work, stretching, warmth, and individualized attention.
Many people leave feeling profoundly relaxed, while other benefits may continue to become noticeable over the following day or two.

ARC AO Facial Massage

Where facial “ahh” and massage “mmh” meet.
The ARC AO Facial Massage blends restorative touch with thoughtfully selected botanicals and skin-nourishing products to leave the face feeling refreshed, hydrated, and deeply relaxed. Focused massage throughout the face, jaw, neck, and scalp helps release areas where stress commonly settles, encouraging a softer, more rested appearance.
While warm herbal towels, serums, and ampoules envelop and replenish the skin, massage extends through the neck, shoulders, upper chest and back, arms, and hands. The experience finishes with a moisturizing facial massage and soothing scalp work—bringing relaxation and facial care together in one seamless treatment.
Wade brings a distinctive combination of experience to each session: professional cosmetology training and facial-care knowledge, advanced massage training for the muscles of the face, head, and neck, and the thoughtful integration of acupressure techniques.
This is not a corrective or clinical skincare facial. It is a deeply relaxing facial-massage experience designed to nourish the skin, ease accumulated tension, and leave you looking as restored as you feel.

Please arrive a few minutes early and, whenever possible, without makeup. Makeup application is not included, and a dedicated area for reapplication is not available following the session.
